Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations, eligibility rules, validations, and data extracts
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Fast Formula development
Modify existing formulas and create new ones to support evolving business processes
Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to gather requirements and troubleshoot issues
Document formula logic, testing procedures, and deployment processes
Support end-to-end testing and post-go-live issue resolution
Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to internal teams as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM and Fast Formulas
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules including Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Compensation
Proficiency in various formula types: Calculation, Validation, Extract Rule, Element Input Validation, etc
Familiarity with Oracle HCM data model, user-defined tables (UDT), and database structures
Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to articulate results and issues to internal and client teams
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
Flexible living locations in the U.S
Preferred
Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting large-scale Oracle HCM implementations
Exposure to industries such as higher education, healthcare, or public sector, is advantageous
Familiarity with OTBI reporting and SQL is a plus
