As a Purchasing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, focusing on supplier relations, procurement processes, and sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities
Assist with purchase order creation, updates, and follow-up with vendors for order status and delivery confirmations
Support the team with supplier communications and documentation tracking
Participate in sourcing activities including quoting, supplier evaluations, and data analysis
Help maintain accurate records of contracts, purchase orders, and pricing data
Collaborate with logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials
Support cost-saving and process improvement initiatives in procurement and inventory management
Prepare reports and presentations for internal meetings or supplier reviews
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus (SAP preferred)
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
