Client Support Intern
Winsupply is a wholesale distribution company that empowers entrepreneurs through support services. They are seeking a proactive Client Support Intern to assist with Tier 2 technical issues, manage IT inventory, and support employee onboarding, providing valuable hands-on experience in IT operations.

Responsibilities
Address and resolve Tier 2 help desk escalations through the ticketing system
Follow up on outstanding tickets to ensure timely resolution
Install and configure hardware and software for new employee onboarding
Provide support for PCs, phones, and mobile devices on campus
Manage and monitor internal IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records
Troubleshoot technical issues related to computers, smartphones, and tablets
Assist with billing, leasing, ordering, and evaluating new equipment
Perform other duties as assigned to support the IT team
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in an accredited university or college, either at the undergraduate or master's level
One semester post-graduation
