They are looking for a hands-on CTO Co-Founder to lead technical development, define the vision, and scale their tech products while prioritizing real value and simplicity.

Lead technical development and help shape the product

Define the vision and scale the tech products
Ensure a focus on real value and simplicity
Qualification
Required
hands-on with code (especially Python, APIs, AI integrations)
practical experience using AI (e.g. LLMs, Gemini, scraping, automations)
know how to build lean backend-first MVPs (FastAPI, Streamlit, etc.)
enjoy building things people use — fast, smart, and without BS
want equity and money from a real, potential bootstrapped product
see yourself scaling this with us (even slowly at first)
you've built software for HR-tech, marketplaces, or similar platforms
you're wasted as just an employee – you want to build something that matters
you've got hands-on AI experience and can see its potential in recruitment
your English is good (our clients and candidates are primarily native speakers)
you have a genuine growth mindset and want to build something from the ground up
you can commit real time to this – not just scraps after your day job
