Responsibilities

Build and own launch prep and coordination for your vertical: map milestones, assign tasks to product/marketing/sales, and hold owners accountable
Define positioning, messaging, and high-level selling strategy
Package the full "bill of goods" (sales decks, objection handling docs, demo scripts, FAQs, one-pagers) and deliver to Sales & CX ahead of launch
Draft launch materials, including email campaigns, sales talk tracks, website copy, and landing pages in service of accelerating sales for our GTM teams
Partner with demand gen and events teams to activate launches at tradeshows, VMM campaigns, and webinars
Own website updates to keep product pages and positioning current with the latest launches
Set KPIs and track performance weekly. Define clear success metrics for launches and campaigns (pipeline created, adoption, asset usage)
Maintain a vertical launch calendar and content tracker to ensure visibility across marketing, product, and sales, report out on it weekly
Write high-impact assets: thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, award submissions, and speaking abstracts, marketing collateral (webinars, trade show decks, one-pagers) for launches & broader marketing efforts
Own customer case study pipeline (use AI to automate) from sourcing to packaging for sales, PR, and marketing and identify other channels where we could leverage this content (social)
Generate vertical-specific marketing claims and proof points from Podium’s internal data (e.g., "X% revenue lift for Auto dealers using AI scheduling")
Build and update a vertical messaging framework, competitive angles, top proof points, customer stories and distribute to customer facing teams
Ensure all communications are anchored in credible data and differentiated value props. Provide feedback and learnings to product teams to influence the roadmap
Act as the "voice of the customer" by running weekly 1:1 customer interviews for insights
Make content dynamic, not static. Maintain a library of reusable GPT prompts, templates, and content machines for dynamic marketing content
Identify new opportunities for AI to remove friction (e.g., marketing insights bots, personalized email generators, sales assistant GPTs)
