Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability to learn the basics of design and analyses within his or her discipline
An individual with potential for employment and growth within the firm
Incumbent must be able to operate a computer to check email and to produce documents using a software program
Incumbent shall be able to traverse and navigate construction sites to inspect work done by contractors
Manipulates plans periodically. Must be able to lift plans weighting 30 pounds
Assists the team at construction sites performing system and material functional testing
Willingness to be on active construction sites anywhere from 1 to 5 days a week as demand requires
Willingness to travel to construction sites including out of state
Learn about building enclosure systems including roofing, wall, glazing, and waterproofing
