Regional Sales Manager-- US Northeast
VanTran Transformers is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to identify and develop sales opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role involves executing sales strategies and meeting profitable order growth targets within the assigned region.

Responsibilities
Remain cognizant of all market segments in which company serves
Collaborating with management to establish and execute profitable sales goals for the region
Opportunity development, quote creation, and closure
Developing and implementing sales account plans by customer segment and accounts
Developing specific plans to ensure profitable growth both long and short-term
Forecasting and delivering annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals
Participating in regional industry committee meetings, conferences, and trade shows
Conduct customer product awareness training seminars
Regional travel 50% of the time
Qualification
Required
Associate degree and 10 years' combination experience in technical sales function
OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years' combination experience in technical sales function
Required to be authorized to work lawfully in the US
Preferred
Bachelors' degree in electrical engineering
8+ years' experience in the electrical industry
3 + years sales and/or marketing experience
Technical and analytical aptitude
