Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain Linux systems and services

Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage security updates

Drive automation efforts using tools like Ansible, GitLab, and shell scripting

Support container, cloud, and virtualization platforms (e.g., Docker, OpenStack)

Provide 24/7 on-call support and participate in change/release processes

Lead and mentor a small team of IT specialists, setting priorities and reviewing technical work

Act as a point of escalation for complex technical issues

Coordinate team efforts to meet project deadlines and ensure service continuity

Represent the team in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with stakeholders
