The main purpose of this role is to assist in various accounting tasks, including recording financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and maintaining organized accounting records.

Responsibilities
Record financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
Assist in preparing financial statements and monthly reports
Support bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Help prepare tax documents and other regulatory filings
Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
And any other activity assigned by his immediate supervisor
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (recent graduate or final semester)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)
Must Speak Spanish and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Internship or academic project experience in accounting or finance
Knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or other software
