Bring the Look To Life: Define and maintain our visual identity in a way that’s aligned with the artistic vision for the brand, ensuring every photo, video, and design piece is instantly recognizable as Absolutely Ridiculous
Lead the Creators: Manage and mentor in-house content talent while directing freelance photographers, videographers, editors, and designers
Tell the Story: Concept and execute brand awareness, product-driven, and storytelling campaigns that connect emotionally with our audience and build long-term loyalty
Go Beyond the Feed: Deliver content for social, web, email, paid media, and in-person activations — making sure our brand shows up consistently everywhere
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, product, and community teams to translate brand moments into visual content that moves the needle
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep an eye on creative trends, cultural moments, and emerging tech to keep our content fresh, relevant, and conversation-worthy
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading content strategy and managing a team of creators
Strong understanding of visual identity and brand storytelling
Ability to concept and execute campaigns across various platforms including social, web, email, and paid media
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and community
Knowledge of creative trends, cultural moments, and emerging technologies
Preferred
Background in art, design, or a related field
Experience working with freelance photographers, videographers, editors, and designers
Proven track record of producing engaging content that resonates with audiences
