Responsibilities
Creating architecture and designs for technology systems to ensure compatibility and scalability
Identifying inefficiencies or challenges within existing systems and proposing extensible, reliable, and scalable solutions
Develop, implement, and maintain configuration of cloud-based systems, ensuring proper integration with other technologies and platforms
Working closely with the technology team to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
Triage and resolve technical and end user issues by monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security and reliability over time. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed solutions
Design, deploy and configure Azure services, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365. Ensure proper integration of Microsoft technologies with third-party systems. Diagnose and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Implement best practices for compliance, cost optimization, and security in cloud-based environments
Create and maintain documentation for solutions and processes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant experience
Certifications in one or more Agile frameworks or methodologies
Understanding and immediate experience with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Notion
Experience with Azure: Cloud infrastructure including self-hosted and managed services, storage, AI/ML, and Fabric resources
Experience with Microsoft 365: Administration with Autopilot, Copilot, Entra Intune, Power Platform
Experience with Google Cloud: Analytics Hub, BigLake, BigQuery, Dataflow, and Gemini
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud
Scripting and automation skills (e.g. Python, PowerShell, or TypeScript)
Exceptional ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
A commitment to continuous learning and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is preferred in related field
