Responsibilities
Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP solutions across Finance, HCM, and/or Supply Chain modules
Drive global business process standardization by aligning solutions with enterprise-wide templates and best practices
Oversee integration with third-party applications, ensuring smooth data management, reporting, and compliance
Partner with internal stakeholders and managed service providers to manage steady-state operations, quarterly upgrades, and continuous improvements
Provide governance for solution documentation, change management, test execution, and user training across multiple regions
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP Platform
10+ years of Oracle ERP solution experience, including at least 5 years with Oracle Cloud Fusion (SaaS)
Strong techno-functional skill set with the ability to analyze data using SQL/PLSQL and translate functional requirements into technical specifications
Proven track record leading end-to-end ERP implementations and supporting global rollouts in Finance, HCM, or Supply Chain domains
Experience managing integrations, cutover activities, and post-go-live support in collaboration with service partners
Solid understanding of ERP lifecycle methodology, compliance (SOX), and use of tools like JIRA for project tracking and traceability
