Responsibilities

Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving Manufacturing Operations business processes

Liaison between Engineering, Production/Operations, and Quality to develop and implement changes

Improve Production efficiency and on-time shipment metrics

Execute Production process improvements, both through select design and assembly process improvements

Support KPIs that will be reported to senior management regularly

Review and implement drawing, BOM, and Process change requests

Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or any Engineering field

3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (assembly and/or machine shop)

Ability to read schematics, illustrations, and technical/engineering drawings

Fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc) is required

Fluency in Inventor, SolidWorks or any comparable CAD tool is required

Preferred

Previous experience in managing technical projects is preferred but not required

Fluency in Microsoft Project is preferred
