Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in the field on a large scale self-perform construction project
Participation in the complete range of construction activities
Side-by-side learning with project leadership
“Boots on the ground and tool in hand” work with the trades
Working inside and outside on an active jobsite
Personal coaching from an intern champion who cares about you and your career

Qualification
Required
Students who have completed two years in a construction-related degree field at an accredited university
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
Travel may be required, access to reliable transportation required
Must attend 2-day Orientation at Corporate Headquarters in Montgomery, AL
Must be available for the duration of the internship
Pursuing college or university accredited degree program; recommended majors include and not limited to Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related field of study, and at minimum two (2) years of completed education, and/or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
