Responsibilities
Lead the creation of dashboards and reports to provide key insights about our operations that inform actions throughout the business
Collaborate with product owners and business users to implement data product requirements and incorporate feedback on an ongoing basis
Create data models by cleaning, transforming, and aggregating data from disparate sources
Analyze customer claims data to evaluate the impact of our service offering on patient outcomes (e.g. how Imagen’s offering has impacted the cost of care such as 3rd party imaging spend or specialist visit spend)
Communicate results to internal stakeholders and collaborate closely with cross-disciplinary teams
Qualification
Required
4+ years of overall experience with 2+ years of experience as a Senior Analyst
Bachelor's degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, etc.)
Developing visualizations for business intelligence (e.g., Tableau dashboards)
Proficient in SQL, Python (pandas), and Git
Preferred
3+ years Healthcare claims data experience with an understanding of medical coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, DRG, etc.) will be given strong consideration
Experience with data transformation tools (e.g. dbt)
Knowledge of risk adjustment models
