Dual Sales Manager
Island Hospitality Management is seeking a Dual Sales Manager responsible for revenue production and achieving planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate. The role involves managing sales according to company standards, developing marketing plans, and maintaining community relations to maximize hotel revenue.

Responsibilities
Involved in community and/or government affairs to ensure effective marketing of the hotel
Demonstrate commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs
Develop and implement marketing and sales plans based on demand segments and to maximize REVPAR and Market Share
Understand why competitors are successful in each demand segment and directly market/sell against the competition
Know key accounts and actively 'sells' through sales calls, property tours, strategic marketing, etc
Prepare required reports for the management team
Maintain vendor and client information where necessary
Collaborate with Front Office Team to ensure the details of the group and special corporate directives are executive properly and you are striving to achieve the same goals
Qualification
Required

Ability to work well in stressful situations
Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
