Collaborating with customer experience, retail development, product and content teams on daily tasks to help with priority projects and initiatives

Support Flexsteel’s best-in-class customer focus positioning while driving the development of quality marketing collateral and resources for retail and e-commerce partners

Transforming narrative and text-content into visual presentations or graphically appealing to tell the necessary story while also ensuring quality, accuracy, readability, etc. to deliver to leadership, sales, or other key partners

Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing

Strong communication skills

Ability to provide quality and impactful collateral to support field sales, e-commerce, and retail partners

Demonstrated understanding of the critical role that sales plays in the goals and objectives of a business

Strong understanding of the business including a working knowledge of the cross functional partners involved in bringing a product to market

Ability to collaborate with customer experience, retail development, product and content teams on daily tasks
