Program Director, EngageKY Foster Grandparents
NKU Graduate Education is seeking a Program Director for the EngageKY Foster Grandparents Program, which focuses on enhancing youth education through volunteer mentorship. The Program Director will manage the program's operations, oversee a budget of $500,000, and ensure the successful placement of senior volunteers in educational settings across Kentucky.

Responsibilities
Recruit schools to serve as FGP host sites
Recruit, train, support and oversee 50 AmeriCorps seniors
Develop systems and processes that will ensure strong implementation and ongoing capacity building with a goal focused on long-term sustainability
Manage the program’s budget, ensuring financial stability and accountability
Develop a policies and procedures handbook that will apply to EngageKY staff, agencies hosting AmeriCorps Seniors, and the AmeriCorps Seniors members
Work with third-party evaluators to collect, analyze, and report program data
Participate in EngageKY staff meetings, retreats, and events
