Complete specific tasks on behalf of customers

Provide professional service to Mainstay customers

Manage your own workflow and complete tasks independently

Qualification

Required

Active real estate license in at least one state

Ability to complete assigned tasks on time and with attention to detail

Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple transactions, and diligent documentation

Strong technical skills: Salesforce or a similar CRM, G-Suite, Slack, MacOS, and the ability to work in multiple systems simultaneously

An ability to skilfully negotiate, seek the thrill of winning, and never give up

Reliable transportation (for property-related tasks such as Home Check-Ins and Lockbox Installs)

Access to a smartphone and computer for task completion, documentation, and communication

Preferred

Experience in real estate transactions (traditional sales, iBuying, or transaction coordination preferred)
