Apt is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager - AI Strategy to lead the development and execution of organization-wide AI initiatives. This high-impact role involves partnering with executive leadership to define and implement AI strategies, driving alignment across business units, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive leadership to define, refine, and execute our enterprise AI strategy
Lead cross-functional AI initiatives that align with business goals, from ideation through implementation
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams (e.g., data science, engineering) and business stakeholders
Drive program governance, reporting, and prioritization across AI-related efforts
Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making
Champion a culture of innovation, ethical AI use, and continuous learning throughout the organization

Required

10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in a tech-driven or innovation-focused environment
Proven experience developing and leading strategic, cross-functional programs - especially in AI, data, or digital transformation
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence at all levels, including C-suite
Strong analytical and organizational capabilities; experience with agile methodologies a plus
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, applications, and industry trends
Strategic mindset with a bias for execution and measurable impact
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MS in Data/AI/Tech) is a plus
