Palmetto Moon is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations within their store replenishment distribution center. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, operational planning, and performance metrics while developing team members and fostering a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Promote and enforce a culture of safety across all operations

Conduct regular safety audits, meetings, and training to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards

Plan, schedule, and supervise daily workflows to support timely and accurate store replenishment

Balance labor, equipment, and resources to achieve productivity and efficiency targets

Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices

Monitor and improve performance metrics including accuracy, throughput, and cost per unit

Analyze productivity reports and implement corrective actions where needed

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes

Supervise, train, and develop associates to ensure high performance and career growth

Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture

Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations

Maintain clear, consistent communication with leadership, associates, and cross-functional partners

Anticipate and resolve operational challenges with a focus on achieving positive outcomes
