Responsibilities

Overseeing the ingestion and lifecycle maintenance of data center assets
Utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tooling to ensure accurate and efficient asset management for the Site Operations team
Developing and implementing standardized workflows for asset onboarding, maintenance scheduling, and decommissioning
Ensuring data integrity and alignment with operational goals
Collaborating with Site Operations teams and subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure that asset management processes support the operational efficiency and reliability of the data center campus

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in asset management or related field
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) tooling
Ability to develop and implement standardized workflows for asset onboarding, maintenance scheduling, and decommissioning
Strong collaboration skills to work with Site Operations teams and subject matter experts (SMEs)
Understanding of data integrity and alignment with operational goals
Ability to support operational efficiency and reliability of the data center campus
