Project Sales Representative
TriSearch is seeking a results-driven Commercial HVAC Project Sales Representative to join their expanding team in Huntsville, Alabama. The role involves generating and managing sales of HVAC and process systems while providing tailored solutions to clients.

Responsibilities
Consult with new and existing clients to identify HVAC needs and present appropriate solutions
Generate and qualify new sales leads
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
Address customer questions and objections with professionalism and technical insight
Manage quotes efficiently and drive sales to meet or exceed annual targets
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 7 years of HVAC project sales, retrofit, or related technical sales experience
Proven success in managing HVAC projects from proposal through execution
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
