Responsibilities

Select, integrate, calibrate, and validate sensors (temperature, flow, pressure, optical, wireless, etc.) for automation systems

Select and integrate BLDC and AC motors into automation systems, ensuring proper interfacing with sensors and control logic

Generate and troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase ladder diagrams, including integration of motors, relays, safety interlocks, sensors, and actuators for industrial automation systems

Support firmware and embedded control development for automation applications

Collaborate with suppliers and partners to design HMIs and automation interfaces

Validate sensor/automation designs through reviews, test plans, and field trials

Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control issues in prototypes and field systems

Document integration results and transfer all validated designs into ERP/MRP systems

Contribute to wireless/IoT connectivity (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, RFID, mobile networks)

Support prototype builds and transition into production
