Responsibilities
Drive sales of Welldone’s fracturing chemical portfolio (friction reducers, surfactants, scale inhibitors, biocides, breakers, clay stabilizers)
Identify new business opportunities and manage key customer relationships
Provide field-level technical support during hydraulic fracturing operations
Assist customers with chemical selection and optimization for well performance
Collaborate with R&D and product teams to support product trials and performance validation
Prepare technical presentations and reports for client
Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs
Support quality assurance by gathering performance data and feedback from field operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related field
7+ years of experience in fracturing chemical sales, technical support, or field operations
Strong knowledge of hydraulic fracturing processes and chemical applications
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to travel to customer sites and field locations as needed
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Must be authorized to work in US
