Responsibilities
Supervise assistant managers and staff, fostering a fun, team-oriented culture that puts customers first
Partner with vendors to promote monthly specials and gaming events, maximizing sales and profitability
Train, mentor, and develop employees to meet company goals and uphold our high-end standards
Manage inventory, cash, and store assets with precision, minimizing waste and ensuring a polished store appearance
Handle paperwork accurately and on time, adhering to company policies and procedures
Work closely with your Regional Supervisor to execute tasks with enthusiasm and adapt to our evolving, new-to-industry concept
Qualification
Required
A proven leader with 5+ years in convenience store, travel center, truck stop and includes 3+ years in management
Sales-savvy with a track record of boosting revenue and deciphering budgets/P&L statements
A people-person with excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities with stellar time-management
An entrepreneurial thinker who thrives on change and innovation
Flexible to work varied schedules to match the demands of a 24/7 operation
Comfortable lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 50 pounds for stocking and merchandising
Able to stand for an 8-hour shift, with occasional stooping and bending
Basic math skills for inventory and sales calculations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
