Lead the evolution and expansion of Wintermute's refreshed brand identity

Upgrade and refine our design system, establishing distinctive graphical and illustration styles

Conceptualize and execute UI/UX design for digital products, ensuring smooth user experiences

Create impactful visual assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and communications

Oversee website design, ensuring consistent brand representation and optimal functionality

Develop engaging motion graphics, animations, and videos to elevate brand storytelling

Collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with marketing and product teams, to align design efforts with business objectives

Balance strategic design initiatives with efficient management of daily design tasks

Clearly articulate and present design decisions and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively
