Cryptologic Continuing Education Program Coordinator
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking a Cryptologic Continuing Education Program Coordinator to support the DoD cryptologic continuing education program. The coordinator will provide program management and database support to cryptologic training initiatives at multiple locations, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of databases.

Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain databases, ensuring accuracy, validity, and proper structure
Develop and enforce database standards and structures to support information access and reporting
Coordinate with end users to ensure database connectivity and accessibility
Assist in implementing maintenance and security procedures, including user management and quotas
Support database design standards and document system procedures
Create and maintain databases supporting acquisition oversight and program management functions
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure databases align with program requirements
Communicate updates and changes to all database users
Troubleshoot and resolve database record issues and provide user support
Qualification
Required
Active TS/SCI security clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in Education, Language, Business, or related discipline; OR 12 years of directly related practical experience in lieu of a degree
Eight (8) years of experience as a DoD cryptologic analyst or operator in at least one of the five cryptologic disciplines
Four (4) years assigned to SIGINT operations performing as a cryptologic analyst or operator
Two (2) years of experience managing, coordinating, and delivering cryptologic training opportunities per DoD policies
Four (4) years of experience drafting and following SOPs, checklists, and professional correspondence
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred
Strong organizational and program coordination skills
Experience collaborating across multi-site training environments
Familiarity with acquisition oversight databases and training management systems
