Apt is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Report Developer to join their team. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining reports and dashboards across multiple platforms to aid in data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards from various data sources, including Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, and internal systems
Build and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards, leveraging DAX for advanced calculations and modeling
Automate recurring reporting tasks and data workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into technical specifications, and deliver clear, actionable reports
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting solutions
Optimize queries, data models, and report performance
Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources, and report logic

Required

Proven experience with report development across multiple platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, etc.)
Strong skills in Power BI and DAX for building interactive dashboards and performing advanced data modeling
Experience working with finance and accounting teams, with an understanding of financial and operational reporting needs
Experience with SQL for querying, joining, and transforming data
Experience with SSMS
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of data visualization best practices

Preferred

Familiarity with data automation techniques (ETL, scheduling tools, or scripting)
Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, SSIS, or Python for automation
