Perinatal Mental Health Postdoctoral Researcher
Institute for Women's Leadership Marquette University is seeking a Perinatal Mental Health Postdoctoral Researcher focused on mental health disparities in the Latinx population. The role involves initiating and participating in various long-term and short-term research projects within a cultural perinatal mental health laboratory.

This person will serve be a postdoctoral research assistant in a cultural perinatal mental health laboratory focused on mental health disparities in Latinx populations
This person will participate in and initiate multiple long-term and short-term research projects
Qualification
Required
PhD or advanced degree in a psychology, biological or biomedical-related field
Experience working with diverse populations, particularly the Latinx population
Be fluent in Spanish
Proven track record of effective technical training and oversight
Demonstrated ability to coordinate various projects with multiple short and long-term endpoints
Ability to prepare, comprehend, and comply with regulatory requirements
Strong record-keeping and organizational skills
Demonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain strong work ethic
Preferred
Experience with managing/supervising and training of undergraduate/student
Experience working with children and families
Experience in troubleshooting behavioral equipment and associated computer programs
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, SPSS, GraphPad, Prism
