JETSET Pilates is a rapidly growing Pilates brand seeking a highly organized Multi-Studio Operations Manager to support daily operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth studio performance and efficient systems across multiple locations while providing data-driven insights to support growth.

Responsibilities

Assist in overseeing day-to-day studio operations across multiple locations to ensure consistency and efficiency
Develop, implement, and maintain systems, processes, and workflows to support scalable growth
Ensure compliance with studio policies, procedures, and safety standards
Troubleshoot operational issues and provide timely solutions
Build, manage, and analyze operational and performance reports in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and data visualization required)
Track KPIs and provide accurate data-driven insights to the Director of Operations and ownership
Maintain accurate records and identify opportunities to streamline reporting systems
Support the development of tracking systems for sales, membership growth, and other revenue categories
Compile data for review and help identify trends and opportunities to increase efficiency and profitability
Work closely with the Director of Operations to align studio operations with company goals
Provide clear communication and reporting on daily operational performance
Support ownership and management in special projects and operational initiatives

Required

Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, dashboards, and data analysis tools)

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
