Draft relevant documents for individuals and estates
Handle all aspects of the probate and estate administration process
Conduct post-mortem estate and tax planning
Advise institutional clients, closely-held and/or charitable organizations on fiduciary administration legal and tax complexities
Qualification
Required
Practiced at least three (3) years
Experience working with high-net-worth clients in developing estate planning strategies
Experience drafting relevant documents for a range of individuals and estates
Handling all aspects of the probate and estate administration process
Experience with post-mortem estate and tax planning
Experience advising institutional clients, closely-held and/or charitable organizations regarding fiduciary administration
J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school
Active member in good standing of the Rhode Island bar (or eligible to be admitted to the Rhode Island bar)
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills and judgment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Highly motivated to excel in an entrepreneurial, collegial, and highly professional environment
