Responsibilities

Support youth in identifying and achieving education and employment goals
Collaborate with educational providers to align programming with career aspirations
Develop community partnerships and secure internships, jobs, and enrichment opportunities
Provide daily scheduling support and help youth create individualized life plans
Facilitate life skills groups focused on budgeting, nutrition, job readiness, and social-emotional skills
Assist with resume writing, job searches, interview prep, and employment retention
Support transitions to independent living by connecting youth with community resources

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in career counseling or related field required
Minimum of two years' experience in case management or vocational development
Must be at least 21 years old, with a valid driver's license
