Director, Revenue Operations
Infoblox is a leader in cloud-first networking and security solutions, protecting 70% of the Fortune 500. They are seeking a Sr. Director of Revenue Operations to drive sales strategy, align business operations, and deliver actionable insights to empower their teams across the Americas.

Responsibilities
Partner with the VP of Americas Sales to coordinate execution of sales plans and lead operational strategy across the region
Represent the field sales teams to global and corporate functions, ensuring their needs are clearly communicated and addressed
Drive alignment and collaboration across Americas Sales Leaders, supporting them in solving complex challenges
Deliver actionable analytics and insights across sales, sales engineering, and overlay teams
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and training of sales team members to accelerate productivity
Drive accuracy in forecasts, facilitate QBRs, and enable leadership meetings and reviews
Establish and maintain consistent operating rhythms while guiding change management efforts
Lead territory planning and resolve account creation, segmentation, and overlap issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in sales, sales/revenue operations, or business analytics within the high-tech industry
Proven track record of leading sales/revenue operations teams and influencing sales strategy
Passion for supporting and enabling sales organizations
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
Expertise with Salesforce.com (required); experience with Clari and Tableau highly preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Intellectual curiosity with a drive for continuous improvement
