Responsibilities
Design and build intelligent conversational agents using Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Azure
Build sophisticated chatbots that integrate Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems to enhance productivity for users and customers
Configure complex dialog flows with branching logic
Integrate chatbots with external APIs, databases, and third-party services through Power Automate and custom connectors
Ensure knowledge of Azure AI services
Implement Power Platform governance, security best practices, and deployment strategies across development and production environments
Troubleshoot complex integration issues
Qualification
Required
Hands on Microsoft Power Platform development including deploying to solutions with environments. Required 3 Years
Copilot Studio for creating chat-driven interfaces Required 1 Years
Microsoft Power Automate for creating workflows across M365 and integrating with other systems Required 6 Years
Microsoft Power Apps Required 4 Years
SharePoint Required 3 Years
Microsoft 365 Required 5 Years
Building agents within and outside of SharePoint Required 1 Years
Integrating chatbots with external services Required 1 Years
Azure AI capabilities Required 2 Years
Hands on experience working with non-Microsoft LLM platforms like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT Required 2 Years
Experience with Power Platform governance, security best practices, and deployment strategies across development and production environments is required
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are crucial for success in this role
Preferred
Microsoft certifications including PL-900, AI-900, AI-102, MS-900
Knowledge of Azure AI services is also preferred
