Qualification
Required
1+ years of customer service or restaurant support experience in a fast paced environment
Oversees the flow of food from kitchen to dining room, ensuring accuracy, timing, and presentation
Confident in taking charge of coordination in the passthru, directing traffic, and maintaining seamless operations
Strong communicator who liaises between kitchen and service teams, conveying special requests and prioritizing orders efficiently
Collaborative team member capable of building effective relationships across both the service and culinary teams to prioritize the guest experience
Organized and efficient individual capable of thriving under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
