Apply the fission matrix approach
Train on reactor physics, microreactor technologies, and methods development
Exposure to the work of other research units within the larger division
Daily activity will consist of computer modeling and method development
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering with a focus in materials science or a related discipline
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Complete at least sophomore year of undergraduate studies
Experience with material properties and behavior, including mechanical, thermal, and chemical characteristics
