Teaching innovative and project-based courses in the Civil & Environmental Engineering curriculum
Developing innovative hands-on lab projects or other experiential learning activities using appropriate modern tools
Integrating projects/activities into the course content

Qualification

Required

Earned at least a PhD degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering
Strong communications skills
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary student and faculty teams
Ability to teach in a project-based setting
Legally authorized to work in the US

Preferred

Extensive professional experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license
Experience with assessment, pedagogy and scholarship of engineering education
Expertise in all fundamental areas of Civil & Environmental Engineering
Experience developing innovative hands-on lab projects or other experiential learning activities using appropriate modern tools
