Evernest is a full-service real estate and property management company with a national presence, seeking a reliable Property Assessment Specialist to join their team. The role involves conducting thorough inspections and light maintenance of residential properties, identifying maintenance concerns, and providing comprehensive inspection reports to support property upkeep.

Responsibilities

Conduct and prepare thorough inspections of both occupied and unoccupied residential properties

Capture detailed photos and provide detailed written documentation of property conditions

Utilize special equipment and tools to test and evaluate various property components

Verify the completion and quality of work performed by third-party vendors

Identify safety hazards, property damage, and potential future maintenance issues

Perform light maintenance including lock changes and small repairs

Post eviction notices on properties in compliance with company protocols and legal requirements

Create efficient commuting routes by prioritizing tasks based on importance and urgency

Serve as the company’s representative in the field and meet with third-party individuals

Other duties, as assigned

Required

Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record

Business minded and possess problem-solving skills

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
