Responsibilities
Drive the design and execution of the business in the US
Tackle complex challenges in operations, sales, or logistics ensuring speed and quality of execution
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team
Create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Economics and Legal teams to support seamless execution of new initiatives
Be the face of World in the US, with business partners, government and media
Qualification
Required
15+ years of relevant experience
Experience in high-performance operations, business development, or sales roles in the US
Strong cross-cultural competency
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and nurture high-performing relationships with cross-functional teams and local stakeholders
Innovative problem-solving skills
Analytical skills for data-driven decision making
Based in San Francisco and ready to travel across the US
Extensive experience living and working nationwide
Ability to spend 30-50% of time on the road
