Responsibilities

Design, specify, and implement advanced electrical control systems for automation projects

Program and optimize robots (Fanuc), PLCs (Allen Bradley), HMIs, and CNC equipment (HAAS)

Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving to improve real-world manufacturing processes

Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to design custom fixtures and automated systems

Develop and execute in-house testing and validation procedures

Collect and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency
