Customer Success Intern
NCR Atleos is a leader in expanding financial access, and they are seeking a Customer Success Intern to support their mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities
Assist the Customer Success team in onboarding new clients and ensuring smooth adoption of NCR Atleos products and services
Support account managers in tracking customer satisfaction, usage metrics, and feedback
Help identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention through data analysis and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support) to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
Contribute to the creation of customer-facing documentation, training materials, and success stories
Participate in customer meetings and calls to gain insight into relationship management and solution alignment
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or SQL)
Customer-focused attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple tasks effectively
