Responsibilities
Proficient in Oracle Cloud Payroll (Oracle Cloud Fusion Payroll module), guiding clients through best practices, configuration, testing, and deployment
Support functional requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Configure Oracle Payroll Cloud features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Talent, IT, and Change Management to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals
Support end-user documentation development and end-user support resources
Analyze system usage and provide recommendations to improve learning adoption and effectiveness
Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact on the client’s current solution
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with specific expertise in the Payroll module
Proven hands-on experience configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementation lifecycle including Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, and Support
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and its integration points with Payroll
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver quality results
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
U.S. citizenship is required
