Senior Survey Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and manage land survey projects from initiation through completion, ensuring all deliverables meet company standards and client requirements
Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, contracts, and billing to support project success
Monitor and report on project financials, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Work in Progress (WIP), and billing cycles
Establish work plans, staffing needs, and resource allocation for multiple concurrent projects
Provide technical oversight, including signing and sealing plats, field notes, and control drawings as required
Foster and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, presentations, and business development efforts
Represent the company at industry meetings, trade shows, and other business development opportunities
Collaborate effectively with sub-consultants, internal teams, and other business partners
Support staff growth through mentorship, training, and performance development
Assist other operational units and contribute to strategic company initiatives as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned to achieve company goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of industry related work experience in a professional or management capacity
Bachelor's degree in related discipline/and or equivalent experience
Demonstrated experience in project/phase management for large scale projects
Strong proficiency with or understanding of tools such as AutoCAD, Micro Station, Geopack, MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to clearly define assignments/deliverables to team members
Ability to oversee, mentor and motivate a project team
Ability to troubleshoot issues and problem solve on the fly
Ability to meet or exceed aggressive deadlines while maintaining teamwork and collaboration with others
