Responsibilities
Operates and maintains campus/site LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi; ensures availability, performance, and security
Configure/maintain switches/routers/firewalls (Aruba/Cisco/Fortinet)
Monitor with SolarWinds/Orion; manage VLANs, QoS, NAC
Support VPN/remote access; troubleshoot performance
Maintain diagrams/runbooks; follow CAB/change control
Support VTC connectivity and surge events
Qualification
Required
3–5 yrs network admin
CCNA or equivalent preferred
Routing/switching
Wi‑Fi
NAC (e.g., ClearPass)
ServiceNow/change mgmt familiarity
U.S. citizenship & ability to obtain a Federal Law Enforcement background check
Preferred
Former law enforcement supervision & veterans — highly preferred
