Responsibilities

In collaboration with the project manager, manage the client and interior design staff through the project process on multiple projects, including large projects

Assist the project team in producing quality interior design work in all phases

Expertise in creating big ideas and innovative thinking

Collaborate with other Interior Designers and Managers in supporting the team and the client on larger projects

Coordinate all aspects of the interior design project work with the client’s representative. Leading the design for clients and managing their expectations

Develop and advance direct reports

Perform architectural assignments with instruction from the Project Architect or Project Manager regarding the expected results

Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to complete projects on time, with precision and attention to detail

Develop an understanding of quality management and effective project work in accordance with quality management procedures
