Responsibilities

Assist in the creation of both standard and customized point-of-sale Field Research outputs, both under the supervision of the Research leader and independently
Collaborate with producers, Sales Management, and Marketing teams on pitches and projects
Research and collect market information regarding the Seattle commercial real estate market with a focus on all product types
Gather, analyze, interpret, and disseminate data on available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field of study
2-5 years of related experience in commercial real estate or other market research role desired
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations
Ability to solve problems in standard situations
Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills
Above-average technical skills with intermediate/advanced tools like Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Tableau
An understanding of research fundamentals
Knowledge of how to apply research and data analytics expertise to the benefit of our brand and core businesses
Must have project management skillset
Commitment to time management
