Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of Internal Audit activities

Understand, assess the effectiveness of and help improve risk management capabilities for Target’s strategic, business and compliance objectives

Identify and assess risks and internal controls and provide risk insights and assurance that supports business objectives

Work independently with a high level of initiative, providing direction and coaching to others

Manage projects effectively and communicate with business owners

Develop and maintain strong business relationships

Remain current with industry trends and emerging risks

Required

B.A/B.S degree in the field of management information systems, information technology, software engineering or computer science

5-8 years of technology and audit or technology audit experience

Subject matter expertise in auditing and enterprise risk management concepts (e.g., risk assessment/prioritization, process & internal controls, root cause analysis)

Demonstrate strong professional judgment, critical thinking and written/oral communication skills

Experienced in using data and analytical tools to solve business problems and in the audit lifecycle (e.g., audit plan development, risk assessment, engagement execution and issue management)

Experienced in leading Internal Audit projects, including managing stakeholder relationships
