Responsibilities

Lead critical projects end-to-end: design docs, implementation in Go/Solidity, reviews, rollouts, and post-mortems

Build sequencer-adjacent services: screening APIs, proxies, attestations, and chain integrations (OP Stack/Arbitrum)

Deep dive on performance: profiling, load tests, flamegraphs, cache/queue tuning, and data-path optimizations

Security first: threat modeling, key/secret management, IAM, least-privilege, audit/readiness practices

Operational excellence: on-call participation, incident response, blameless retros, runbooks

Mentor & multiply: guide teammates through designs, reviews, testing standards, and best practices

Ecosystem awareness: track EVM/OP/Arbitrum changes, block building patterns, and bring actionable insights

Required

5+ years of experience in software development

Knowledgeable about Ethereum and EVM

Experience with Go and Solidity

Experience with AWS services such as Cloudwatch, DynamoDB, ECS

Experience with Docker, ECS and Terraform

Strong desire to further your education about Ethereum and contribute to the blockchain space

Prior experience working remotely: strong personal organizational skills, a love for self-time management, and ability to work collaboratively with a team

Advanced English communication skills — all of our internal and external communication is in English
