They are seeking an experienced Environmental Site Assessment Project Manager to manage and coordinate Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments for commercial properties, overseeing project teams and client interactions.

Responsibilities
Manage and technically review Phase I & II ESAs
Coordinate project teams and resources
Write and review technical reports
Prepare budgets, proposals, and client deliverables
Conduct field work (sampling, oversight, etc.) for environmental remediation projects
Oversee health and safety protocols on field projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Geology, or a related field
8+ years of experience in environmental due diligence
Familiarity with federal, state, and local environmental regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with field sampling (soil, groundwater, air, vapor)
Ability to carry up to 40 lbs of field equipment and work in varying site conditions
Willingness to travel to field sites as needed
Preferred
Experience with ASTM Property Condition Assessments (2018-15)
OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Certification
Proficiency with AutoCAD and/or GIS
